Terms of Service

By using Seimix ("we", "the service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy.

Seimix is an online service that processes the audio you upload with AI-assisted mixing and mastering. Output quality varies with the source material; no specific result is guaranteed.

You sign in with email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for the security of your account. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with a guardian’s consent.

• Plans: Preset Plan ($9.99/month) and Studio Plan ($19.99/month). Prices may change; you will be notified before any change.
• Free trial: 7 days free on all plans. Card details are collected at the start, but no charge is made during the 7 days.
• Auto-renewal: unless you cancel during the trial, the monthly fee is charged at the end of day 7 and the subscription renews automatically each month.
• Payment provider: payments are processed via LemonSqueezy. Card details are never stored on our systems.

You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged at all. As this is a digital service, charged payments are generally non-refundable; if something goes wrong, email support@seimix.com and we’ll review it reasonably.

You must hold the necessary rights to the content you upload. You may not upload content that infringes copyright, is illegal, or violates others’ rights. Abusing the service (automated abuse, overloading it, attempting to bypass security) is prohibited.

The audio you upload and the resulting mixes are yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to perform the mix/mastering you requested. Without your explicit consent, your files are not used to train models or shared with third parties (see Privacy Policy).

The service itself, the presets, the interface, the brand and the software are ours. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular artistic or technical result. Keep your own backup of important files.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the relevant event.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without notice. You may also close your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, email support@seimix.com with a description of the work and confirmation that you are the rights holder. We remove infringing content upon valid notice.
