Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use Seimix ("we", "the service"), why and for how long, your rights, and how to reach us. It is prepared under Turkey’s KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR.

• Account info: the email you sign in with (email link, Google or Apple sign-in).
• Audio you upload: the stem/track files you upload for mixing/mastering and the resulting mixes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser info and request logs, for security and debugging.
• Payment data: your subscription status. Card details are never stored on our systems — payments run through LemonSqueezy.

No. Files you upload are used only to perform the mix/mastering you asked for. Without your explicit consent they are never used for AI model training or shared with third parties.

• Audio files and mixes: kept for a limited time after processing and deleted automatically on a regular basis. You can request earlier deletion anytime.
• Account info: while your account is active; removed when you delete your account.

Only the infrastructure providers needed to run the service: authentication and database (Google Firebase), hosting and network (Cloudflare), payments (LemonSqueezy). They process your data only to provide the service. We do not sell your data for advertising.

You have the right to:

• Learn what data of yours is processed,
• Request correction or deletion,
• Request deletion of the files you uploaded,
• Close your account entirely,
• Object to processing.

To delete your account or uploaded files, just email support@seimix.com. We’ll handle your request as soon as possible.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. API access is protected by authentication; your audio files are not reachable via a public link. That said, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
